About

I'm a social worker in Bloomington, Indiana, and the founder of The Resiliency Practice. Before starting my own practice, I spent many years working in acute healthcare, crisis services, and community mental health. I enjoy working with helping professionals and have extensive experience working with first responders. As the daughter of a former first responder and veteran, this work has personal meaning for me. I am also a vetted provider with the Fraternal Order of Police. My work focuses on helping adults navigate trauma, chronic stress, and burnout by exploring the connection between the mind and body to support healing and meaningful change.
